These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Catalyst Solar PTO Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1)      Promotion Overview

a)       The Promotion is exclusively offered to Catalyst Solar customers who received Permit to Operate “PTO”.

b)      To qualify for the Promotion, participants must submit their before and after utility bill pictures as described below.

c)       Only one submission per household is permitted.

d)      The Promotion ends on November 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm PST.

2)      Submission Requirements

a)       Participants must submit the following documents through the website’s designated form:

i)        A utility bill from a previous month prior to the installation of their solar system.

ii)      Most current utility bill after the participant’s solar system was turned on.

iii)   Image(s) of your solar system.

b)      All submissions must be made by uploading the utility bills through the provided website form.

3)      Reward Distribution

a)       Upon successful verification of the submitted utility bills and compliance with these Terms, eligible participants will receive a visa gift card reward.

b)      The gift card reward will be sent to the email address listed on the website intake form.

c)       No other email address may be provided after the submission has occurred.

4)      Disclaimer

a)       This Promotion is not sponsored by Visa or any other affiliates.

5)      Privacy and Data Protection

a)       The company acknowledges and respects the privacy of participants.

b)      The company will not make any personal information submitted by participants, including but not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, available to the public.

c)       All personal information contained within the submitted utility bill images will be redacted and kept confidential.

6)      General Provisions

a)       The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at its discretion, without notice.

b)      The company reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these Terms or attempt to manipulate the Promotion.

c)       These Terms are subject to change at any time, and any updates will be posted on the company’s website.

d)      These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the company regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

e)       These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NEVADA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

f)        Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in NEVADA.

By participating in the Catalyst Solar Snap & Earn Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
